The Property
Villa Venturi, is a newly custom built, 2200 sq ft sophisticated island home, offering a serene and relaxing environment located between the quaint town of West End and the vibrant beaches of West Bay. A private & secluded home nestled in a tropical forest within a 3 minute walk to a beautiful sand beach. Situated along side a disc golf course which winds its way through the manicured jungle.
A 20 minute beach walk in either direction will have you arriving at your preferred destination. Or, take a water taxi for $5 which can pick you up at one of the docks located at your beach access to wisk you to West End or West Bay.
Several excellent restaurants, diving and attractions are located just minutes walking distance from the home.
The Villa
Luxurious Accommodation. The main villa offers spacious living areas, modern amenities, and stunning views of the surrounding jungle and peek a boo views of the ocean. It's the perfect escape for those seeking comfort and tranquility. Our aim is to provide the perfect retreat for couples, families, and friends looking to unwind and make lasting memories.
2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a King size bed with quality linens and private ensuite bathroom with shower.
A queen size murphy bed is available in the living room. The Villa can sleep a total of 6 guests.

The chef's kitchen is well appointed with a gas range, large 10 foot island with seating, and all the small appliances required for creating your favourite meals.
The large open vaulted great room has a comfortable sofa set, large 65 inch TV and a beautifully hand crafted dining table to enjoy your evening meals. The great room leads out to a large screened in vaulted lanai with expansive views to the ocean through the serene jungle canopy. The lanai contains a large teak table for al fresco dining and a comfortable seating area.
The lanai leads to an expansive deck, high in the tree tops, connecting to a refreshing private pool with sun loungers, chairs, and access to a BBQ grill.
The main living area is located on the upper level, accessible by set of stairs.
Suite A
Suite A, is 420 sq ft located on the main level of the home.
An Intimate Retreat. The one bedroom suite provides a cozy setting with a private plunge pool ideal for couples or single travelers. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space amidst the lush greenery of the tropical forest and steps to the beach.
This one bedroom suite, includes a King size bed with quality linens and private ensuite bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is well appointed with electric cooktop, and all the small appliances required for creating your favourite meals.
The living area has a comfortable sofa set, large 50 inch TV and dining table to enjoy your evening meals. The living space leads out to a screened in lanai with views to the ocean through the serene jungle canopy. The lanai contains a table for al fresco dining and comfortable seating area.
The lanai contains a refreshing and private plunge pool to cool off during the day and for romantic evenings.
A BBQ grill with utensils is located at the front right side of the main villa and available for use by all guests.
Suite B
Suite B, is 440 sq ft located on the main level of the home.

The lanai contains 2 loungers, a table for al fresco dining, and a comfortable seating area.
The lanai also contains a refreshing and private plunge pool to cool off during the day and for romantic evenings.
A BBQ grill with utensils is located at the front right side of the main villa and available for use by all guests.
The Beach
With only a 3 minute walk, a quiet, sandy beach awaits you. Tommy Bahama style beach chairs, stored at the back of the Villa, are available to borrow and carry down to the beach for a day of relaxation.
The beach access is located between the quaint town of West End and the vibrant beaches of West Bay. A 20 minute beach walk in either direction will have you arriving at either of these destinations. Or take a water taxi for $5 which can pick you up at one of the docks directly on the beach.
